announced two regional promotions. Wendi Caplan-Carroll has been
promoted to senior regional development director for the New York
metropolitan region and Kelly Flint is now senior regional development
director for Los Angeles and Orange County.

serving small businesses and nonprofits in local communities across the

the Manhattan

Leveraging her leadership and management skills, as well as her
expertise as an executive coach and consultative facilitator, Wendi has
been instrumental in championing small businesses and enabling them to
realize greater results in their marketing efforts. In Wendi's new role,
she will serve as market captain for the New York metropolitan region,
overseeing all strategy and activity, as well as creating powerful
business partnerships and initiatives to help further empower Constant
Contact customers and its partners. Additionally, she will work closely
with a team of local experts to help expand beyond the metropolitan
region and into Upstate New York with free educational workshops and
seminars.
Kelly Flint has consistently exceeded her region's business goals and
has educated more than 20,000 small businesses, associations, and
nonprofits on how to successfully utilize email and social media
marketing to drive business results since joining Constant Contact in
2008. Kelly has been frequently quoted in print, online, and broadcast
media for her expertise in small business marketing. In 2010, Kelly was
recognized by the Los
Angeles Small Business Development Center (SBDC) with a Star Award
for exemplary performance and significantly contributing to the
organization's economic development efforts and commitment to small
business.
As part of her new role, Kelly will expand her team of small business
educators and will continue to strengthen the company's relationships
with key local organizations in Los Angeles and Orange County, including
Chambers of Commerce, SCORE, SBDC and United Way, as well as other
associations.
